Sequoia Management and the Board will continue to address community maintenance as needed. We obtain multiple bids for our projects and carefully evaluate them.

· Pool bathhouse interior repair and painting ($4,000)
· Clubhouse & pumphouse roof and gutter replacement ($30,000)
· Landscaping improvements at Harness Shop Rd entrance ($3,000)
· Concrete sidewalk repairs ($11,000)
· Replaced pool covers for main and wading pools ($18,000)
· Overlay of asphalt walking trails ($34,000)
· Repainted parking lines and numbers in townhome courts ($13,000)
