Complaint Policy/Procedure

We hope that your interactions with the Community Association will proceed
smoothly and to your satisfaction.  If, however, you do feel the need to file a
complaint about certain issues, here are suggestions:

  • Complaints about your neighbors - perhaps you have observed a
    violation of our architectural guidelines you wish to report.  Call or e-mail
    our management company as shown on the CONTACT US page of this
    website.
  • Complaints about our contractors - perhaps you feel that our
    landscaping contractor missed a section when they cut the grass.  Call or
    e-mail our management company as shown on the CONTACT US page of
    this web site.
  • Complaints about responsiveness or operations - perhaps you feel
    that the management company has not given appropriate attention to a
    particular issue.  E-mail the Board of Directors at the e-mail address
    shown in the CONTACT US page of this web site.  We will then discuss
    your issue at our next board meeting.

In extreme instances, you may feel that the Community Association's
management company or Board of Directors has violated the law.  In that case,
